Travelling to Gattieres

Your gateway to the French Riviera is accessed through Nice International Airport.
Gattieres is a Medieval village perched above the Var Valley and only 20 minutes drive from the airport.

Nice International Airport is only an easy 20 minute drive from Gattieres village. It is accessed by a fast duel carriageway. Car hire is strongly recommended as local transport outside the cities is few and far between.

The principal station at Nice is serviced by the TGV train.(5 1/2 hours from Paris)

St Laurent du Var station is only a 20 minute drive away, and runs parallel to the sea, connecting with Antibes, Cannes, Nice and Monaco, right to the Italian boarder. There are frequent services.

By road, the A8 motorway crosses from the west of France to the Italian boarder to the east.

To access Gattieres, you leave the motorway at St Isidore, and head north, following the river to the Pont de la Manda bridge, crossing it to the eastern side and following directions to Gattieres.
